The Two Most Optimistic Songs In The World

Lately I haven’t been listening to music much, but when I need a little cheer-me-up, I have two songs that always make me feel better.

The first one is a lovely and favorite cliché, What a Wonderful World (1967) by Louis Armstrong. I love this song so much that I want to get the title tattooed on my skin. The great thing about it is that it’s not just trying to be romantic–it’s more about looking on the bright side of life and finding something beautiful in everything.

The other one is If You Want to Sing Out, Sing Out (1971) by Cat Stevens, which has been a part of Steven’s soundtrack for the movie Harold & Maude. If you haven’t seen it yet, you should know it’s epic. But, back to the song–what I love the most about it is how it tells you that you can decide about your life and your actions, and that you should always choose what makes you happy, because in the end that’s the only thing matters.

Do you have any favorite, most optimistic songs in the world? Please, share, I’d love to hear them! It’s never too late to add a few more on my list.
