A coffee shop with their own roastery is something to brag about. There are a few gems like that and Coleman Coffee Roasters belongs to this category. Their espressos are so thick and creamy the spoon almost stands in the cup. In fact, it won a Best Espresso Award in 2016. I wish I could say the same about their lattes and cappuccinos, but I never had an opportunity to try them as the coffee shop offers no dairy-free options.
If you’re looking for a place to eat, they also offer a quite untypical menu with “pancakes” – savoury and sweet – and butter cakes, or a small treats like Iranian Nougat. Not to forget you can get some freshly roasted coffee here. The staff will happily help you choose the type right for your home brewing method.
Another thing I love about Coleman Coffee Roasters is their amazing garden at the back of the coffee shop. In fact, it’s so special and unique that my jaw nearly dropped when I went there first time. The garden has lots of green plats that look wonderful in summer. With the pomegranate tree, you almost feel like you’re in a different country.
The only pity I have about this place is that it closes at 3pm. After more than a year I’ve known this place, they still don’t have any dairy-free options and wi-fi is out of question, too (I can live without it, though). Then, at least they make it a perfect place to enjoy with friends.
